CADTR is pleased to announce the release of the 2025 Annual Report, reflecting on collaborative achievements throughout the organization’s 17th year and outlining the outcomes it aims to achieve by its 20th year.
This Annual Report details accomplishments since 2008 that add value for members and to the dental technology profession across Canada, including:
- Advancing national guidance on Health Canada requirements related to the importation of customized dental prostheses and medical devices.
- Introducing new National Essential Competencies and National Essential Entry-to-Practice Competencies for Dental Technology Practice in Canada.
- Building and administering a pan-Canadian model for harmonized credential evaluation and competency assessments that strengthens labour mobility and reduces barriers to provincial registration.
- Collaborating across provincial dental technology regulators (DTRs) and with the broader education, health, government and immigrant services systems to improve access to the profession and strengthen quality practice nationwide.
You are encouraged to read the 2025 Annual Report here and circulate it to Councils/Boards, registrants/members, and system partners to share more about CADTR’s work in supporting the delivery of high-quality dental technology services in Canada.
