Cost of Official Transcript

Arrange for the educational institution where you obtained your diploma/degree to send your official transcript directly to CADTR. The fee may vary according to your educational institution.

Knowledge-Based Assessment (KBA)

This fee applies to a virtually proctored computer-based assessment taken by participants at a location of their choosing, monitored by humans and offered twice a year. Fee is paid through the Applicant Portal.

Performance-Based Assessment (PBA)

This fee applies to an in-person assessment that’s offered once a year at two locations. Participants demonstrate their entry to practice skills in a lab setting. Fee is paid through the Applicant Portal.

Once you’ve successfully completed credentialing and the assessment, you’ll receive a report which you can bring to your DTR of choice in the province where you want to practice and apply for registration. Fees vary from province to province.
